All we serve is made-to-order, and unprocessed, with most ingredients bought fresh on the day of use,
from local businesses, specialist producers; and a growing range of organic suppliers.

Meals are served anywhere you would like them - including the Pool Veranda,
the Horseshoe Veranda and the Dining Room

Breakfast - from 8am To 11.30.   
Lunch - from 11.30am to 6.30pm.   
Dinner - from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
