 A wonderful stay with a serene and peaceful atmosphere, this property offers stunning views and is situated in the heart of a coffee estate. The staff enhanced our experience, making us feel safe and comfortable. We even had the chance to meet the estate owner and his adorable puppies. Overall, the experience was refreshing and positive.  I am running out of superlatives to describe this gorgeous place. The main house is utterly stunning and has an air of colonial splendour to it. The staff are so kind and helpful – just when you are taking a breather between delicious meals, they arrive at your lounger with tea and cake. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this blissful place. We spoke to many other guests and all of them were very happy and wished they were staying longer.  Paradise outside Kandy - there was nothing we didn’t like. It is the perfect retreat. An oasis of calm that nourishes the soul. It is close to Kandy so you can easily visit but far enough away that the hustle and noise is left behind. The house has so much to explore and we loved the library and chilling by the pool.  Our stay was an experience that left us in awe. This property is a unique and stunning oasis. The property exudes a charm that is hard to put into words.  I think this is the best place in Sri Lanka, don't think, book :) I will join the enthusiastic reviews of other guests, I really travel a lot around the world and have been to many places. But it really is one of the best hotels I've been to. Judging by the reviews of other people, the only mistake that you can make is to come by jogging for 1 night in transit. Don't fuss, stay 2-3 or 5 nights, live in peace, you will get incredible pleasure from staying in this place. Our stay was flawless. The property is absolutely beautiful both house, room, pool and estate gardens alike. NB - I recommend staying in ‘the Mindful Mongoose’ the views are stunning, and the ash black four poster bed is to die for! We were pampered from day one, everything from yoga and massage on tap through to the friendly staff quickly learning your favourite drinks. Life is easy and peaceful. Each morning we were woken up to the sound of exotic birds and in the evenings we would catch sight of monkeys swinging from tree to tree.
